Overview

We are seeking an experienced and open-minded Payment Processing Specialist (Collections) for our client in the insurance sector in the Zurich area, offering a flexible workload of 80%-100% and the option for 2 days of home office.

In Short

• Process daily incoming payments using SAP.
• Provide advice and support to internal contacts regarding accounting issues.
• Handle inquiries in the central mailbox and physical mail.
• Contribute to the legal collections process.
• Be part of the customer service team addressing various client concerns.

Requirements

• Commercial training or equivalent with at least 4 years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Good understanding of the general insurance sector and life insurance.
• Quick comprehension and high degree of independence.
• Customer-oriented communication skills.
• Team player willing to collaborate across departments.
• High sense of responsibility in handling financial data.
• Negotiation proficiency in German.
