Overview

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Communication Specialist to work on web and customer portals for our client in the energy sector, based in Bern and Zurich.

In Short

• Preparation and implementation of content for the Mantelerlass on web and intranet pages (CMS: Typo3)
• Participation in projects related to the Mantelerlass
• Development and maintenance of content for customer portals
• Creation and preparation of FAQs for the website and customer service
• Preparation of training materials on topics related to the Mantelerlass
• Support in the development and implementation of the communication concept
• Involvement in planning and reporting within project context

Requirements

• Experience in content preparation and implementation for web and intranet pages with Typo3
• Project experience in regulatory content (e.g., Mantelerlass, LEG)
• Strong editorial skills with the ability to formulate and structure content for target audiences
• Experience in creating content for customer portals and online touchpoints
• Ability to translate complex content into concise FAQs and understandable training materials
• Experience in communication planning and implementation within a project environment
• Experience in planning and reporting is an advantage
• Basic understanding of the Swiss energy sector and regulatory frameworks (desirable)
• Structured and independent working style with high text security and editorial precision
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and quick comprehension with the ability to present complex topics clearly
• Fluent in German
