Overview

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Business Analyst in the field of GenAI for our client in the insurance industry in Bern, working at 50% capacity.

In Short

• Documenting potential process support within the defined architecture.
• Gathering, verifying, and documenting the needs and expectations of all damage teams.
• Consolidating and translating business requirements into ICT requirements.
• Developing solution proposals and decision-making bases with data scientists.
• Creating test cases.
• Moderating workshops.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Open personality with experience in moderating workshops.
• Very independent work style.
• Experience in the GenAI environment is an advantage.
• Fluent in German is mandatory.
