Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in StarTekk’s digital transformation initiatives by analyzing data and supporting organizational growth through effective business process improvements.

In Short

• 15+ years of experience with Lawson versions for HR, Benefits, and Payroll.
• 3+ years of CloudSuite experience, specifically in GHR and Payroll.
• Experience with BSI-Tax factory and Infor Version 11 upgrades.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business systems and user needs.
• Familiarity with business process mapping and reengineering.
• Ability to prepare Functional and Technical Specifications for reporting.
• Experience in data warehouse support and enhancements.
• Documentation and knowledge transfer to the Enterprise Reporting Team.
• Works under general supervision with a degree of creativity.
• Multiple Infor Global HR/BN/LP/Payroll implementations.

Requirements

• 16+ years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of relational database and client-server concepts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT and business teams.
