Overview

We are seeking experienced Graphic Designers to support the State of Louisiana in creating visually engaging digital content.

  • Support digital transformation initiatives at StarTekk.
  • 7+ years of professional graphic design or software development experience required.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
  • Solid grasp of HTML and web technologies.
  • Knowledge of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Skilled in developing logos, websites, graphics, and marketing content.
  • Familiarity with current tech for web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
  • Ability to design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces.
  • Experience with education/government projects is a plus.
  • UX/UI design skills are desirable.
