Overview

As CookUnity’s first Senior Account Manager on the healthcare team, you’ll play a foundational role in ensuring the success of our Food as Medicine programs, working closely with healthcare clients to onboard and manage accounts effectively.

In Short

  • Be the primary contact for new healthcare clients.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation of MTM programs.
  • Manage relationships across a diverse portfolio of healthcare clients.
  • Monitor account health and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Support compliance, billing, and reporting requirements.
  • Track program performance and share reports regularly.
  • Identify expansion opportunities in partnership with AEs.
  • Shape best practices for onboarding and account management.
  • Work with a startup mentality in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in client-facing roles within healthcare.
  • Experience with Medicaid/Medicare is required.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage strategic accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive and comfortable building from 0 → 1.
  • Passionate about improving health outcomes through food.
