Overview

As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance, providing technical support, troubleshooting basic IT issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

In Short

  • Respond to incident tickets or systems alerts via phone, email, or chat.
  • Monitor ticket queues and escalate tickets as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Monitor systems with AWS Cloudwatch and DataDog.
  • Document and track customer interactions using ticketing systems.
  • Provide customers with product information and technical guidance.
  • Work in rotational shifts to provide 24x7 coverage.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Vocational course or College level.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts.
