Bilingual Enrollment Coordinator (Spanish) - Full Time Remote

Overview

The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for the full onboarding of the patient from opt-in to ensuring the order ships timely, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

• Responsible for onboarding patients into the Conversio program.
• Handle outbound and inbound communication with patients.
• Follow up on prescriptions and additional items needed for shipment.
• Act as a liaison between patients and providers.
• Participate in ongoing training and meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• Excellent computer skills required, especially in MS Office.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with three years of related experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in call center or healthcare sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with patients.
• Self-starter with a metrics-driven mindset.
