The position as IT Engineer - Smart Factory Operations involves overseeing smart factory solutions and providing support for manufacturing IT applications.

• Ensure operations for Smart factory solutions like MES and IoT technologies.
• Provide 2nd level support for Manufacturing IT Applications.
• Consult with key users on Smart factory solutions.
• Monitor incident systems actively.
• Coordinate system upgrades and patches.

• Assist in the rollout of Smart factory solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (preferably SAP).
• Familiarity with IT Service Management practices.
• Business-fluent English skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (10-20%).
