In Short

• Consult the business in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES, e.g. SAP DM) and other Smart Factory solutions.
• Responsibility for the development, provision, implementation, and support of business solutions in Manufacturing IT Applications.
• Support the digital transformation of the business with digitalization solutions.
• IT ownership of related Smart Factory applications.
• Implement and refine IT best practices in project management and service management.
• Foster collaboration with other teams and competence centers.
• Support to evaluate and select potential suppliers.
• Steer and control external providers for optimal service provisioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Several years of relevant IT working experience.
• Combination of IT know-how and knowledge of manufacturing industry processes.
• Enthusiasm for Smart Factory and Industry 4.0.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) desirable.
• Business-fluent English, German beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and structured work style.
• Teamwork and support for each other.
• Openness to business trips (10-20%).
