Fixed Asset, Banking & Cash Management Analyst/Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Fixed Asset, Banking & Cash Management Analyst/Specialist is responsible for managing fixed asset master data, asset postings, month-end closing, reports, and various banking and cash management processes.

In Short

• Responsible for Fixed Asset, Banking & Cash Management processes.
• Communicate with banks and suppliers for reconciliation and inquiries.
• Research and resolve daily issues and bank reconciling items.
• Perform root cause analysis of errors and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct training for new associates.
• Contribute to the Cash Management team to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Controls and internal policies.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in payment application or accounts receivable.
• Experience in Fixed Asset, Banking & Cash Management processes preferred.
• Experience in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to deliver timely and accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
