Overview

The Software Project Manager is responsible for planning, conducting, tracking, and controlling software subprojects within a development project, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Academic degree in engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in software development for embedded systems.
• Leadership skills including communication and customer satisfaction focus.
• Project management skills including effort/cost estimation.
• Basic requirements engineering skills.
• Knowledge of problem resolution and change management.
• Understanding of software development processes.
• Basic knowledge of software architecture and security/privacy.
• Very good communication skills in English; Korean preferred.
• Ownership, accountability, reliability, and resilience.
