Overview

CGS is seeking a dedicated Discovery IT System Administrator to join a fast-paced and hard-working team to assist with any legal accounts, playing a key role in supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio.

In Short

  • Ensure the availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools.
  • Administer and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
  • Assist in technical architecture design discussions.
  • Provide training for end-users on electronic discovery tools.
  • Support discovery application integration/migration activities.
  • Analyze capabilities and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Contribute to Knowledge Management databases.
  • Operate and manage Microsoft server and SQL Server.
  • Manage cloud technologies including Azure and AWS.

Requirements

  • Top Secret Clearance Required.
  • Experience with electronic discovery and EDRM.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and relational databases.
  • Ability to reverse engineer and document existing systems.
  • Experience in application software and system management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with vendors and developers.
  • Ability to support backend infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
