Overview

The Programme Manager will support and monitor the development of strategic programmes in the Latin America region within the Building Future Generations Sector, focusing on education systems and social-emotional learning for children in extreme adversity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the education field in Latin America.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in philanthropy, program design, and systems change.
• Knowledge management and research experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Commitment to gender and inclusion in grant management.
• Experience in strategy, monitoring, evaluation, and learning.

Benefits

• Salary ranging from 170,000 to 270,000 BRL per year.
