Strategic Finance Associate - Remote

Overview

The Strategic Finance Associate will support financial decision-making and corporate planning at Consensys, influencing key financial insights and strategic recommendations for leadership.

In Short

• Maintain ownership of comprehensive, drivers-based financial models.
• Partner with teams to drive financial and strategic insight.
• Analyze long-term business drivers and develop creative solutions.
• Prepare and summarize monthly financials and KPIs for leadership.
• Support business analytic decision-making on revenue and cost initiatives.
• Develop a thorough understanding of long-term strategy and core metrics.
• Work closely with the Accounting team for accurate reporting.
• Support presentation materials for leadership and board meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience in venture-backed startups, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• Prior experience in high-growth tech/software/fintech/SaaS is a plus.
• Strong EQ and experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience building financial models and automated reports.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in SQL is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
