Overview

The Senior Major Incident Manager (Sr. MIM) is responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers by managing the Incident function for managed services, maintaining compliance with SLAs, and leading a stable team.

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience as a Major Incident Manager.
  • Strong communication skills when dealing with customers.
  • Experience in change management.
  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certified is desirable.
