Senior Accountant (AU Communications Industry, WFH) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to manage accounting and financial management roles within a growing business environment.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end AP/AR processes.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures.
• Provide high-level financial analysis.
• Assist in forecasting and financial planning.
• Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with executive leadership.
• Monitor and report on project budgets.
• Advise on financial impacts during project tendering.
• Implement cash flow management strategies.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in accounting or financial management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient in Xero.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR processes.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Preferred proficiency in Ascora and Employment Hero.
• CPA/CA accreditation preferred.
