Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, particularly in the IT sector.

In Short

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 PM to 04:00 AM)
• 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• 3-5 years experience in IT Recruitment for USA, UK, and AU.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Manage recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers.
• Provide reports to hiring managers on a timely basis.
• Develop talent pools through various sourcing platforms.
• Create recruitment templates and forms.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• 3-5 years experience in IT Recruitment for USA, UK, and AU.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of any Applicant Tracking System is a plus.
• Exposure in multiple markets aside from Financial Services is a plus.
