Overview

The Customer Experience Coordinator / Project Coordinator will serve as a dedicated post-sale point of contact and advocate for customer experience in the solar energy sector, ensuring smooth communication and project management.

In Short

  • Act as a dedicated post-sale contact for customers.
  • Assist with day-to-day customer service functions.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for customers.
  • Partner with Sales for financing approvals.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure project efficiency.
  • Guide projects through municipal and utility applications.
  • Maintain records in Salesforce.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with teams for seamless experiences.
  • Address customer feedback proactively.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in solar, renewable energy, or manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
