Overview

ConnectOS is seeking a Customer Service professional with experience in financial services to manage customer accounts and provide support.

In Short

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)
  • 2-4 years of AU Financial Services experience required.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Account Management.
  • Manage and respond to inbound customer queries.
  • Conduct outbound contact for account administration.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with novated leasing and accounting software (Xero) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer accounts.
