Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in credit analysis.
• Experience with CRM software in mortgage broking.
• Proficient in financial analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of commercial loans.
• Knowledge of income calculations for various structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
