This role involves supporting a fast-growing U.S.-based company as a Remote Executive Assistant, focusing on organizational and operational efficiency.

In Short

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meetings across time zones.
  • Organize and manage executive email inboxes.
  • Support internal operations and workflow coordination.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and internal documentation.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Assist with project management and task tracking.
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent English (C1+ written and spoken) required.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience supporting executives or leadership teams.
  • Experience working remotely with U.S. or international teams preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar.
  • Basic CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Professionalism and reliability.
