Overview

The Sales Manager (Full-Cycle) is responsible for the entire sales process, focusing on outbound activities in the DACH region. The role involves building trust quickly with potential clients and guiding them through to closing.

In Short

  • Manage the full sales cycle from cold acquisition to contract signing.
  • Prioritize ICP accounts and refine contact lists.
  • Conduct initial conversations to identify needs and qualify decision-makers.
  • Perform product demos independently or co-moderate with Pre-Sales.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline and forecast in CRM.
  • Track KPIs and optimize scripts/sequences.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on messaging and content gaps.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Strong communication skills in German (C2).
  • Remote setup with stable internet and a quiet workspace.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrable success in B2B SaaS sales or software-related services.
  • Proven KPIs (e.g., calls per day, appointment rate).
  • Top communication skills in German (C2) from cold calls to closing.
  • Hunter mindset: discipline, self-organization, and enthusiasm for phone communication.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive) and data hygiene.
  • Nice to have: industry knowledge in film, media, events, and music.
