Overview

We are looking for a General Manager in Nigeria to lead our growth and operations in Nigeria. At Conduit, we believe in a world where anyone can frictionlessly send and receive any asset at any time. Our first step toward that vision is enabling cross-border transactions that are drastically faster, cheaper, and simpler.

In Short

• Lead regional strategy, business development, and operations in Nigeria.
• Own the Nigeria P&L and deliver against revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for cross-border payments.
• Cultivate relationships with enterprise clients, fintechs, and banks.
• Represent Conduit in the Nigerian market and with regulators.
• Drive regulatory awareness and ensure operational compliance.
• Gather market intelligence for product and expansion roadmap.
• Experience in full sales cycle and pipeline strategy execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 7+ years of experience in business leadership or sales roles.

• Strong network in the Nigerian fintech ecosystem.
• Proven track record of scaling a market or business line.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
• Deep knowledge of the local regulatory landscape.
• Experience managing cross-border payment flows.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
