The Business Development Representative (BDR) role at Condor is a foundational position on the revenue team, focusing on building a category-defining enterprise business.

In Short

  • Drive the top of the funnel by identifying and engaging finance, R&D, and clinical leaders.
  • Conduct deep account research and craft thoughtful outreach.
  • Influence pipeline quality, deal velocity, and long-term customer relationships.
  • Work closely with experienced Account Executives for exposure to sales cycles.
  • Build new business pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting.
  • Handle inbound leads and nurture early-stage opportunities.
  • Identify key decision-makers within accounts.
  • Utilize buyer intent trends to share relevant content.
  • Manage multi-channel cadences with tailored messaging.
  • Seek feedback often and embrace a growth mindset.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in account planning and prospecting in life sciences.
  • Proven success in meeting sales metrics year over year.
  • Ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
  • Passion for life sciences, biotech, or finance.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide performance updates to management.
