Cloud Program Manager – Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Remote

Overview

Concept Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Program Manager – Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as the team lead on a federal IT program supporting a federal customer. This fully remote role is the primary interface between our delivery team and the government.

• Lead a federal IT program with a focus on cloud solutions.
• Primary interface between the contractor team and government stakeholders.
• Oversee program management services including planning and execution.
• Establish and operate a Program Management Office (PMO).
• Prepare and submit monthly reports and financial documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud strategy and migration.
• Coordinate onboarding and transition phases for new personnel.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Manage program risks and ensure compliance with federal standards.
• Maintain availability for consultation during core hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of cloud program management experience.
• Experience managing federal IT contracts.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Knowledge of major cloud service providers and models.
• Experience with financial management and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Proven risk management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and federal reporting tools.
• Must be eligible for a federal background investigation.
