Insider Risk Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Program Manager - Remote

In Short

• Develop and implement Insider Risk Management strategies and frameworks.
• Design and optimize AI-powered detection models and UEBA platforms.
• Build partnerships across teams for AI-driven insider risk solutions.
• Lead complex insider risk cases and triage incidents.
• Conduct insider risk assessments and prioritize risks.
• Oversee insider threat detection frameworks and incident handling processes.
• Deliver executive briefings and translate findings into recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and privacy considerations.
• Develop and deliver insider risk awareness training programs.
• Minimal travel as required for project activities.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in insider risk management or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Hands-on experience with UEBA, SIEM, DLP, and forensics tools.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML applications in threat detection.
• Proven leadership skills for directing teams under pressure.
• Experience developing AI detection models and risk scoring.
• Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations.
• Excellent communication and briefing skills.
• Graduate-level certification in Insider Risk Management preferred.
