Performance Marketing Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this entry-level role, you'll be an integral part of our performance marketing efforts across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Retail Media channels.

In Short

• Assist in drafting clear, actionable creative briefs for performance marketing campaigns.
• Execute creative adjustments and resizing in Canva.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies for timely delivery of creative assets.
• Support the team in pulling and compiling performance reports.
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reporting templates.
• Help with budget tracking processes and invoice management.
• Curiosity about retail media and performance marketing.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Hands-on exposure to major platforms including Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Target Roundel.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with data; basic Excel or Google Sheets skills required.
• Knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, or Target advertising is a plus.
