CompQsoft is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Senior Sales Executive specializing in Microsoft technologies to drive business growth through innovative solutions.

In Short

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Lead and close enterprise services pursuits using solution selling techniques.
  • Conduct meetings with potential customers to present value propositions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams on lead generation.
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasts through CRM.
  • Travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Facilitate presentations with the Pre-Sales & Delivery team.
  • 8+ years of full-cycle IT service sales experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies preferred.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of IT service sales experience.
  • 4+ years in selling Microsoft technology solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with third-party vendors.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
