Associate Director of Virtual Program - Remote

Overview

Compass Health Center is seeking an Associate Director of our Virtual Program, to lead our team while continuing to participate in patient care. This role is crucial for helping clinicians grow and maintaining clinical expertise.

In Short

• Lead the virtual program team while providing patient care.
• Oversee quality of care in virtual PHP and IOP programs.
• Manage a clinical team of 5-10 group therapists.
• Conduct and document intakes of new patients.
• Meet with patients to assess and chart treatment progress.
• Provide virtual and phone coaching to parents and patients.
• Engage in communication and collaboration with team members.
• Coordinate care with outside providers.
• Provide clinical supervision for staff working toward licensure.
• Support program development and expansion.

Requirements

• Licensed Doctorate Level Psychologist or Masters Level Clinician (LCPC or LCSW).
• Clinical experience in assessments and therapy.
• Knowledge of group dynamics and CBT/DBT.
• Experience with patients in crisis.
• Program development and implementation experience.
• Experience supervising therapists.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
