The Solution Architect at Commvault will deliver a wide range of projects, focusing on data protection and cyber resilience, while engaging with customers to meet their technical and business requirements.

In Short

• Engage with customers to understand their data management environment.
• Implement solutions for Modern Data Protection and Multi-Cloud capabilities.
• Install and configure Commvault hardware and software.
• Perform data migration tasks and assess customer readiness.
• Provide updates on project progress to the Project Manager.
• Maintain documentation for client projects.
• Stay current with project delivery methodologies.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects for global customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout engagements.
• Work independently and efficiently as part of a remote team.

Requirements

• Experience as a Solutions Architect with Enterprise exposure.
• Hands-on Commvault experience with relevant certifications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent service skills.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments and Cyber Security.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, SCSI, iSCSI, or Fibre Channel.
• Experience with backup/recovery of Microsoft 365 and databases.
• Hands-on experience with object storage and cloud technologies.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
