In Short

• Interact with customers to solve their problems via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
• Install and configure Commvault hardware and software.
• Onboard new accounts with the Professional Services team.
• Perform data migration tasks.
• Install and configure backup agents for applications and databases.
• Work with technical support to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain case ownership and keep customers informed.
• Architect Commvault solutions to meet customer needs.
• Develop requirements for software modifications and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in Technical Support or Backup Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Networking, Storage, and Linux OS.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP networking and SCSI/iSCSI/Fibre Channel.
• Experience with Commvault implementation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in backup and recovery of Microsoft 365 and applications.
• Experience with databases like Oracle and SAP.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with private cloud solutions (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
