The ASL Customer Care Representative works remotely to provide exceptional customer service in American Sign Language, addressing account-related and technical support inquiries from residential customers.

Requirements

  • Proficient in American Sign Language.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills for navigating multiple systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured remote environment.
  • Enthusiastic and personable demeanor.
