Frontend Implementation Expert - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a new addition to our Expert Services team! You will join a highly skilled and motivated customer success team dedicated to accelerating and providing continuous value to our customers.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted advisor for ongoing technical guidance and solution design.
• Lead discovery and solution design sessions with technical implementation teams.
• Develop samples, proof of concepts, and code snippets in modern development languages.
• Facilitate onboarding for new customers and partners.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in e-commerce and web technology.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a solution architect or technical consultant in e-commerce.
• Experience with version control, frontend deployment platforms, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong experience with modern frontend development languages and technologies.
• Ability to compose architectural diagrams outlining solution concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
