Overview

The VIP Account Manager will ensure the best possible experience for high value customers in Norway while working within the VIP Operations Team.

In Short

  • Build exceptional relationships with high value customers.
  • Resolve problems efficiently using customer experience strategies.
  • Contribute to the VIP Strategy by voicing customer feedback.
  • Proactively contact customers to enhance their experience.
  • Provide regular reporting on customer activity.
  • Monitor customer activity for improvement opportunities.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to maintain competitiveness.
  • Utilize the Gift and Events Budget to reward players.
  • Work in a hybrid model, allowing flexibility in work location.
  • Meet productivity and service level targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in the online gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with VIP enquiries in casino and sportsbook services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with players.
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated with ownership of daily tasks.
  • Target-driven with a competitive spirit.
  • Flexibility in working hours and shifts.
