Overview

As the Director of Customer Experience Strategy and Solutions, you will be a pivotal partner to organization leaders, driving execution of support solutions focused on improving the customer experience for students and educators.

In Short

  • Support departmental strategy by leveraging an embedded engagement model.
  • Design and develop processes and solutions to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Work across teams to build a continuous improvement environment.
  • Translate strategic business plans into critical support solutions.
  • Manage simultaneous projects in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Prioritize work ensuring business impact and project objectives are managed.
  • Develop a roadmap and manage a backlog of solutions for innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Customer experience and call center background preferred.
  • Influential leadership with a track record of managing relationships.
  • Experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to adapt working styles to meet audience needs.
  • Strong desire to learn and improve.
  • Comfort working in undefined situations.
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours as needed.
  • Ability to travel 4-6 times a year.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
