Overview

We’re seeking a Staff UX Researcher to join our Marketing and Product team to lead research for Collectors, primarily focused on PCGS. The role involves tackling a variety of strategic projects related to consumers and product experience to inform growth strategies and messaging.

Requirements

• Experience with digital platforms, ideally in e-commerce.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience using tools like UserTesting and Figma.
• Passion for user-centered design.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree a plus.

Benefits

• The salary range for this position is $105,611-$171,462.
• Role may be eligible for bonuses or commissions.
