Overview

The Customer Success Manager will play a vital role in maintaining and expanding the repack business for PSA Verified clients, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

• Manage acquisition and delivery schedules for repack customers.
• Forecast future client orders for Vault Operations readiness.
• Conduct client check-ins to maintain progress.
• Identify growth opportunities and suggest inventory targets.

Requirements

• Experience in customer success or client management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent research abilities.
• Prior experience in supply forecasting preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with card collecting and trading is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Docs.
• Passion for customer experience.
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
