We are looking to expand our Flywheel Services team, helping customers define, mature, and achieve their robotics transformation objectives. This Senior Robotics Transformation Consultant will be on the frontlines of supporting our Cobot customers - leading from experience and defining a roadmap in the short and long term as part of the customer journey.

In Short

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Analyze business processes to identify use cases for robotic automation.
• Translate complex robotics technologies into business cases.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for robotics transformation.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics for robotics transformation.
• Maintain a strong understanding of robotic capabilities across industries.
• Provide expertise on WMS, WES, and WCS technology solutions.
• Deliver presentations and gather customer feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product enhancement.
• Willingness to travel at least 40% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in robotics automation or process optimization.
• Strong technical acumen in robotic systems and integration.
• Excellent project management skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills for addressing complex challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High motivation and teamwork skills.
• Must have and maintain US citizenship or permanent residency.
