Requirements

• Bac +5 degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting, particularly in digital transformation projects.
• Experience in managing strategic, organizational, or IT transformation projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior consultants.
• Ability to work in international contexts.
• Autonomous, empathetic, and results-oriented.
