Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client business leaders to define IT strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals and long-term objectives.
  • Design and implement end-to-end enterprise architectures, including applications, data, infrastructure, and integrations. Lead platform selection and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, providing guidance to clients and their teams to ensure high-quality development.
  • Maintain a strong grasp of architectural standards, ensuring in-depth knowledge of security and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture or a related role.
  • Extensive experience advising and consulting with enterprise leaders on their enterprise architecture.
  • Ability to assess current enterprise systems and identify both strengths and gaps.
  • Skilled at developing strategic roadmaps for technology that align with business goals.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and IoT.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise IT ecosystems, including applications, data, infrastructure, and security.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ERP systems, CRM systems, and middleware technologies.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0, TMS, BMS, WMS, PLM, SCM systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, capable of working collaboratively with various departments and influencing senior management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic start-up environment.
  • Must have and maintain US citizenship or US permanent residency.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
