Overview

The Sr. Director Product Manager – Nursing Lead will be responsible for the strategic leadership, growth, and management of our Nursing product portfolio, owning the end-to-end product strategy and ensuring revenue goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience in professional development markets.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with product design frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios.
• Deep understanding of the professional learning landscape.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• History of bringing products to market successfully.
• Nursing Industry Knowledge is a plus.
