Overview

The Enterprise Product Owner will lead the strategic transformation and implementation of Workday ERP across Colibri’s finance ecosystem, ensuring successful project execution and bridging functional and technical domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of consulting experience in business process analysis and SaaS project delivery.
• 4+ years of experience with Workday solutions.
• Experience in legal operations and contract management.
• Strong capability in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Exceptional people and time management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ownership and accountability for tasks.
