In Short

• Contribute to onboarding new users to a Cryptocurrency Exchange platform.
• Ensure compliance with established policy by performing KYC and KYB checks.
• Use analytical reasoning to make data-based judgement calls.
• Communicate with users via email to collect necessary documents.
• Investigate red flags and make decisions without concrete evidence.
• Collaborate with other departments for KYC reviews.

Requirements

• Experience in KYC and KYB processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in finance.
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach.
• Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments.
• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Proficiency in using email and other communication tools.
