Senior Financial Accountant - Remote

Overview

As the Senior Financial Accountant at CoinList, you will support the growth of the company by maintaining accurate books and records, working closely with the Controller and CFO on financial reporting.

In Short

• Prepare revenue, expenses, and digital assets for month-end close.
• Develop workpapers for Token Sales, Trading, Lending, and Staking.
• Assist in bills/AP processes and cross-review of workpapers.
• Help prepare consolidated financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Support audits and tax preparation with outside advisors.
• Propose process improvements as needed.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and maintain relationships with accounting firms.
• Must thrive under pressure and be detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience in fintech or cryptocurrency is preferred.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in a senior accountant role.
• 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Knowledge of Bill.com, Brex, and Linear is a plus.
• Startup and crypto experience preferred.
