In Short

• Manage core financial operations across multiple regions, primarily Australia.
• Responsible for accounting processes, month-end reporting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and prepare financial statements.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting processes and manage the full AP and AR cycle.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
• Support payroll management across different regions.
• Maintain the sales master file and track revenue recognition.
• Assist external consultants with ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in month-end closing processes and journal postings.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition and maintaining sales master data.
• Basic understanding of tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Skilled in Xero accounting software and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
