CoinJar is seeking an experienced candidate to lead US operations as Country Manager, responsible for the go-to-market strategy, operational oversight, and regulatory compliance of the exchange in the US.

In Short

Lead US operations for CoinJar.
Develop and execute strategic vision aligned with regulations.
Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
Develop US Commercial Strategy including affiliate programs.
Represent CoinJar US within the CoinJar Group.
Foster a compliance-first risk management culture.
Engage with stakeholders, investors, and media.

Requirements

Experience in managing operations within the cryptocurrency sector.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to develop commercial strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and with global teams.
