In Short

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Own end-to-end data infrastructure including pipeline orchestration.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive data quality frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for data-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.
• Partner with data analysts and product managers for scalable solutions.
• Provide feedback on the performance of junior staff.
• Support any ad hoc tasks as required by the company.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of data engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and Python.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to solve complex problems with sound judgment.
• Experience in early-to-growth stage startups is a plus.
• Interest in decentralized technologies is a plus.
