Overview

As the CX L&D Design & Deployment Lead at Coinbase, you will be pivotal in designing, deploying, and evaluating training programs to enhance the performance and development of our consumer support team.

In Short

• Lead Consumer Training Projects by defining and overseeing the team’s strategic vision.
• Analyze metrics to ensure L&D KPIs are met.
• Ensure training programs align with Coinbase’s Customer Focus philosophy.
• Create and maintain various training assets including eLearning courses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects and obtain feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and deployments simultaneously.
• Utilize tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Docebo LMS, and Jira.

• 5+ years in learning and development or instructional design.

Benefits

• Target annual salary range of $96,475 - $113,500.
