Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 8+ years in AI/ML with technical leadership experience.
• Proven success in leading ML teams and delivering AI solutions.
• Experience with enterprise deployments and custom model development.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into ML solutions.
• Track record of product thinking aligned with customer needs.
• Exceptional mentoring and collaboration skills.
